How We Work

A structured, inspection-led approach to exterior property maintenance.

Property Inspection

Every project begins with a proper on-site inspection. We assess the condition of the relevant exterior elements before recommending any work. This ensures issues are identified accurately and avoids unnecessary repairs.

2. Clear, Fixed Quotation

Following inspection, a written quotation is provided outlining the required works and scope. All pricing is job-based and agreed before any work proceeds. No hourly rates. No hidden additions.

3. Scheduled & Professional Delivery

Once approved, works are scheduled at a mutually convenient time. All work is carried out professionally, efficiently and with respect to the property.

4. Completion & Confirmation

Upon completion, works are reviewed to ensure they meet the agreed scope. Where appropriate, a completion confirmation is provided to formally record that the works have been carried out as agreed. This ensures clarity and accountability for both parties.

Why This Approach Matters

Exterior maintenance carried out without proper assessment can lead to unnecessary costs or incomplete repairs. An inspection-led approach ensures works are appropriate, clearly defined and completed correctly.
